Built over 40 years ago in an ideal location. This relaxed beachfront weekender needed a complete makeover. HE Consulting finished this renovation is under 6 weeks at a cost of $50,000. The renovation outlay added over $200,000 in equity to the original purchase price. Hannah took advantage of the simple layout of the home making small updates to the spaces as opposed to major renovations. Hannah used a simple colour palette throughout to allow the next chapter of the home to age gracefully. The upgrades included external and internal painting, new floors, air conditioning split system installation, upgrading of bathroom, kitchen and laundry as well as two new robes. Hannah knew there was potential to make this property a comfortable home with a little thought, consideration and design thinking. The outcome speaks for itself.
